Pricing:

We believe in up-front pricing. However, our pricing can vary greatly depending on the type of projects. Items which may affect cost include third party fees, number of pieces, pages, writing services, depth of research, etc. Our pricing is based on expertise, hours and staff level. Most Vibrant projects range from $5,000 to $75,000. Many of our longer term clients develop retainer relationships with us so we act as their virtual marketing agency with access to our complete ten-person creative team.

Brand Development

Our involvement in Brand Development can range from naming, brand guidelines, logo development to a complete launch and announcement with support and training. Branding projects usually range from $5,000 for a logo and guidelines to $50,000 for a complete development and year long launch support package.

Websites

Our typical websites are about $10,000 to $25,000 in cost. We also offer a very popular one page website solution which costs $5,000 and is done within 40 days. Our complete support solutions for the maintenance of sites starts at $500 per month and our hosting plans range from $300 to $1,000 per year.

Print

Brochures, media kits, tradeshow booths and other print projects start at $3,000. Print prices can vary greatly depending on number of pages, writing, size, pictures, etc.

Social Media Integration and management

Pricing starts at $5,000 but most projects fall into the $10,000 to $15,000 range. Social media may include an initial setup and training or regular updating and maintenance. Our primary focus is developing a sustainable long term strategy for implementation of new media.

Video

Video Production prices include creating concepts, developing scripts, managing the shoot and talent, handling production and working on post-production and editing. Prices can vary depending on time, effects and post-production needs but typically range from $2,000 for a one-day shoot to $20,000 for several videos.

Virtual Marketing Department

Complete advertising and marketing management is usually handled by a yearly retainer which can vary from $1000 per month to $5,000 depending on the scope of services. We do not mark up media costs and have the client billed directly for most third party purchases. However, if a client requests that we handle media through our agency, standard agency commissions of 15% apply.

We subcontract certain services such as dedicated SEO management, video production, mailing services, printing and photography.
